COMMERCIAL NON SPOT SHRIMP FISHERY:
Region 1: Sub-Areas 1A, 1B, 1C (catch reporting areas 20B, 22A, 20A, 21A, 21B, 22B) will open for commercial Non-Spot Shrimp at 8:00AM on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 and will close on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, or when the treaty harvest share is taken, whichever comes first, or by emergency regulation.A maximum of 100 pots per boat is allowed. A maximum fishing depth of 175 feet will be in effect for catch area 23A and all sub-areas therein.
Region 2: Closed for all harvest
Region 3: Closed for all harvest
CATCH ACCOUNTING: All harvest must recorded with the Swinomish Fisheries Department within 24 hours.
